Prayers For Haiti By John Bentley of Earth & Turf Products LLC It seems my favorite prayers always are changing usually because conditions are also always changing. Right now with one of the largest natural disasters in history hitting the country of Haiti I can only imagine the hurt and anguish that the people are feeling. Just imagine if it happened in a city close to you and friends and relatives were missing or dead. What a tragedy. For this circumstance, with everything looking bleak, it would seem hard to rejoice but many of the people there seem to be doing that the best they can and looking to God for help and rest for their souls. My prayer would be from the book of Psalms 31:7. "I will be GLAD and REJOICE in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul". Since God is a loving God and a great Heavenly Father he will always be there to comfort his children when a natural disaster like this occurs. Prayers do work and I would encourage all to extend your prayers to this hurting nation that they may recover and rejoice in God's Love for them. Remember GOD Loves YOU TOO.
